Mission

Rob was an EVP for Kompass Funding where he led the lending and funding team while additionally serving on the credit committee. Prior to Kompass, he spent the previous 25-years working for financial institutions such as TD Bank, Commerce Bank and Central Bank. His prior experiences include roles in M&A, commercial finance, financial analysis, private placement and bond finance. Rob holds an E.M.B.A. from the University of Missouri’s Bloch School and a B.M. from the University of Maine. Rob is also a decorated U.S. Marine where he led, trained and served alongside military personnel from 1984-1996 throughout the globe.
